I have witnessed the growth of LinkedIn from startup to IPO to big company and acquired by Microsoft (not yet but later by year end). Myself has grown from junior software engineer to engineering manager of a high profile team. There are many valuable experiences and lessons learned the hard way, which I would like to share with audience.

Will share with audiences some of the best practice on how to build effective team and become leader of leaders. Each company in silicon valley has its own DNA, signature or culture. LinkedIn has been listed within top 10 “best companies to work for” for many years. Based on my observation and personal experiences being software engineer, tech lead and engineering manager, I would summarize and highlight several key take-aways in the area of team building and culture cultivation.
